Am I at my goal weight? No but I don't really have a set weight I want to be at anymore. I mainly focus on how I feel- stronger, healthier, fitter. I fluctuate on my weight and that is ok. I used to obsess on it and want to look like this person or that person.
Now what I am is happy me and who I am. I'm proud of what I've accomplished in life, how far I've come in my health and fitness and how I now help others build their confidence also. I see setbacks as challenges I can conquer and push through. And I focus on being the best ME
